At magazaw.com we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refunds and Returns Policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Personalized, customized Knives not eligible for return or exchange, unless the Knife was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  1. Order cancellation
  • All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us here  Or at support@magazaw.com with your order number, the Knife you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the Knives.
  1. Shipping and Handling Costs
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for all returns and exchanges, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
  1. Refunds
  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method once the returned Package have been received and inspected.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
  1. Exchanges
  • We will process your exchange once the returned Package have been received and inspected.
  • If the Knife you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  1. Damaged or Defective Knife
  • If your Knife arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at support@magazaw.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the Knives for a refund or exchange.
